All music, player audio, lyrics, album art, clothing designs, photographs, and trademarks displayed on this website are the exclusive property of  Serafim de Leon or duly licensed. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

2. Production Model (Print-on-Demand)

Our store operates in partnership with Printful. All our official merchandise is manufactured individually on demand as soon as your payment is approved. For this reason, the delivery time consists of the production period (usually 3 to 7 business days) plus the postal shipping time.

3. International Shipping and Customs Fees

We ship products to fans worldwide. Any customs duties, import taxes, duties (such as VAT) or government charges in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over import duties from local tax authorities.

4. Exchange and Return Policy

As products are customized and made to order, we do not offer exchanges due to incorrect size or color choices, or due to buyer's remorse. We provide size charts on the product pages for consultation before purchase.

Defective or Lost Products: If your product arrives damaged, with a printing error, or is lost by the carrier, please contact us through our Contact Page within 14 days of receipt (or the estimated delivery date) so that we can arrange a new shipment at no cost.

5. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect operational or legislative changes.
